Being in Asia allows us to bring buyers great deals on quality products. The majority of our products offered come from SE Asia and The Philippines.  Conducting business in a professional manner where your emails, questions, and comments are welcome.

Customer Service

Happy clients are very important to us and I want to correct any problems that clients may have. If you have a problem please contact us so I can correct the issue. Any claim for items must be made within three days of delivery of the item.

Please if you need to contact us about a order provide the order number and use the email address used to place the order. We cannot reply to other emails addresses for the safety of our clients and their personal information.

Customs & Import Duties

Customs and import duties are things we cannot control, all buyers outside of the United States will be responsible for any duties, fees or charges imposed upon the shipments. Items shipped to address within the United States, or APO/FPO are duty and fee free. We will pay any and all fees on U.S. addressed orders. Also please note in rare cases shipments can be delayed for several days to many weeks by Customs. Also please note in rare cases shipments can be delayed for several days to many weeks by Customs. Our responsibility as a seller is to package the item in a secure manor and deliver to the post office within a reasonable time frame. We're not and will not accept responsibility for lost or delayed shipments, fees, the normal problems that can happen during transit. While these are areas that we can not control but I am always happy to assist the customer in any way I can. Please also note that these agencies (Customs, Homeland Security, etc) have been known to hold items for several weeks, and these actions are not within my control.

Custom Made Items

Many of the items we offer are handmade or custom made for me. This allows us to offer great deals on items rarely seen. Please note these items are not mass produce by machines. The nature of handmade custom items is that they may be a slight bit different from each other. The graphics shown are to best represent the items offered and I always use only our own graphics . Please don't think that We're trying to deceive you with these differences. These small differences are part of the charm of a handmade custom item and what makes them unique. Sometime the item order may not be available, models may change, out of stock, styles may be updated, etc. in these cases we may send you the new replacement model unless you request us not to do so. If the item requested is not in stock extra time may be needed for production of the item.

All jerseys, NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, are custom made to order items. These items are produced once the clients order is paid. Our jerseys are licensed through the supplier. Jersey are produced as per the terms of the licensing agreement. Colors will be based upon this agreement. Claim for shade of colors will not be entertained.

Inventories and Stock

Many items I offer are custom made so extra time needs to be allowed to produce the items and process the orders. Normal production time is 7 days for regular jerseys and 14 days for split jerseys. Sometimes in rare cases the item you have order my not be available. Minor changes may be made to the items listed. If any item is not available for shipment the replacement item will be shipped in its place. Replacement items will always be the latest model and or higher value.

Payment Terms

Paymnet is in US Dollars and can be made by Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Buyers can pay by check or money order, bank transfer or Western Union. Privacy Policy

We will endeavor at all times to ensure that Information provided to us by you, will be held in accordance with current data protection regulations. This means, amongst other things, that we will process your data fairly and lawfully. We do not share or sell your Information to anyone outside of My Size Jersey.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not please contact me. Before return your purchase I need to give you a return authorization number. Please let me know as soon as you discover any problem or reason to return your purchase.

I carefully inspect all items prior to shipment and packaging for delivery. Returns must be in new, unaltered, unworn condition and in our original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will responsible for shipping cost to mail the item to us.

Once returned I will inspect your purchase before any refund or exchange is made. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the receipt and original tags still are intact. Items returned in any other condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange. If product is determined to be tampered with or misused, no refund will be issued.

There will be 25% restocking fee on returns, unless due to an error on my part, and a 15% restocking fee on size exchanges. Exchange items will be mailed only after I receive the returned items. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges for size exchanges. If I have made a mistake, I will take care of the problem. I will also reimburse you for any return shipping cost that you incur because of my mistake or error. Custom made to order items are not subject to returns or refunds.

Sport jerseys: All our jerseys are custom made to order: NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, etc. The sale of these jersey is final, since they are custom made no returns will be accepted on jerseys for any reason.  They cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. For non custom items or items we approve for return, you the buyer are responsible for the safe return of the item to our offices in SE Asia. Shipping is very costly so please be careful when placing orders Even if the problem is something we have done these polices are the agreed to contract.. If you are not comfortable with these polices please do not place a order.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping charges are intended not only to cover the actual cost of the shipping, but also the handling of the item and the fees that go along with shipping. These associated expenses include, but are not limited to; packaging supplies, labor, warehousing, trucking and transport, taxes, and other expenses associated with operating my business. Many times the packaging, transporting, and importing the merchandise, cost as much or more than the actual merchandise. Typically we do not offer insurance on my items. But all shipments from Asia are sent by registered airmail which is very safe. While we're not responsible for lost or damage items in transit, we will make every effort to correct the situation.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped via registered airmail or by EMS Express Mail Service and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, the postman should leave notification of attempted delivery. I use these services because they are the best way to ship items anywhere in the world.

Shipping takes between 3 and 21 days from date of dispatch depending upon your location, & class of shipping requested. I endeavor to post all orders within 2 working days.

Standard Registered Airmail

Estimated transit time of 15 to 21 days, package be signed for, has a record of shipping and delivery and can be traced by the postal system.

Priority Registered Airmail

Estimated transit time of 7 to 10 days, package be signed for, has a record of shipping and delivery and can be traced by the postal system.

EMS Express Mail Service

Estimated transit time of 3 to 5 days, package be signed for, has a record of shipping, online tracking and delivery. This is the fastest service that I can offer clients.Orders are posted from the Philippines and then transferred to the postal system within your own country. While most orders are delivered without delays, sometimes transit delays happen. These delays can be cause by many factors, customs, security, holidays, weather, etc. If you do not have your item within the following time frames please contact me: Standard Airmail 30 days, Priority Airmail 21 days, EMS 14 days.

Delivery

We will ship your orders as quickly as possible. We will mail your orders to your billing or delivery address. Anyone at the billing address or delivery address who receives the order shall be presumed by My Size Jersey to receive the items.

Damaged Deliveries: All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment and carefully packed for delivery. In the unlikely event an item is received damaged or if there is an error, you must report it to us within 3 days of delivery.

  If delivery delay or lost once within the custody of the shipping company, we will not be liable or responsible for the delay. It is the shipping company's responsibility to deliver in the time frames they advertise. Any remedies shall be in accordance with the shipping company's policies, and it will be their responsibility to make the customer whole. 

Order Production, Processing, & Delivery

 Please note again we're located in Asia. Once you have placed an order allowing two days for us to handle the order, it is placed into production, generally 7 days for regular jerseys, 14 days for split jerseys. Once production is completed the jersey will be shipped within 2 days. The shipping transit times depend upon the shipping option selected and where we are shipping to. The shipping services quote this shipping transit time as 3 to 21 days. All times are only estimates, delays can happen due to holidays, closures, transportation issues. But we always want to get your order delivered as fast as we can.
