Shipping

Your order will be shipped via registered airmail, EMS Express Mail Service, DHL or a combination of shipping services, and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, the postman should leave notification of attempted delivery. We use these services because they are the best way to ship items anywhere in the world. Please note, while we do have an office located in Boston, Ma. all orders are shipped from our offices in SE Asia.

Shipping takes between 3 and 21 days from date of dispatch depending upon your location, & class of shipping requested. I endeavor to post all orders within 2 working days. Custom-made to order items do require production time in addition to the 2 working days to process.

Standard Registered Airmail

Estimated transit time of 15 to 21 days, package be signed for, has a record of shipping and delivery and can be traced by the postal system.

Priority Registered Airmail

Estimated transit time of 7 to 10 days, package be signed for, has a record of shipping and delivery and can be traced by the postal system.

EMS Express Mail Service

Estimated transit time of 3 to 5 days, package be signed for, has a record of shipping, online tracking and delivery. This is the fastest service that I can offer clients.

Orders are posted from SE Asia and then transferred to the postal system within your own country. While most orders are delivered without delays, sometimes transit delays happen. These delays can because by many factors, customs, security, holidays, weather, etc. If you do not have your item within the following time frames, please contact me: Standard Airmail 30 days, Priority Airmail 21 days, EMS 14 days.

Our SE Asian offices and factories are located in Singapore and the Philippines, and we are close for the last 15 days of December, orders placed during this time will not ship until after the first of the year. The postal system just has many delays this late into the year that shipping items are always delayed.
